As an organization that prides ourselves with working with Energy Star Certified builders we want to make sure that everyone who works with us in any capacity dealing with Energy Star is aware of these changes and the transition.

Please note that the ENERGY STAR Certified Homes Program is currently transitioning to a new Contact Management System. During this time, partners will not be able to use their My ENERGY STAR Account to add or update contact information. If you need to make these types of changes, please contact us at energystarhomes@energystar.gov.

In addition, if you recently signed an ENERGY STAR Partnership Agreement, some of the information displayed in your My ENERGY STAR Account may not exactly match what you provided as part of that process. If you have questions or concerns about the information in your My ENERGY STAR Account, please contact us at energystarhomes@energystar.gov.

We appreciate your patience as we upgrade our systems. We expect the transition to be completed, and a new-and-improved My ENERGY STAR Account available for use, by the 1st quarter of 2018.
