Here is the list of cities that are currently enforcing at least part of the 2012 Utah Energy Conservation Code. As in, they are either requiring the prescriptive checklist, or are collecting blower door or duct blaster certificates.
If you know of any cities or have a comment to add, please do so. Your current experiences with the cities may well be different than ours. Enforcement seems to change from person to person, as well as Building Officials within a city as well.
Please add, subtract or comment on this list. It will help us get better code compliance if we can show reliable info to DOPL.
