COMcheck™ for Windows® Version 4.0.0 (Build Version: 4.0.0.3)
Version 4.0.0 includes support for the ASHRAE 90.1-2013 energy code; for other supported codes see below.* This release also includes 2014 New York Energy Conservation Construction Code amendments and various minor modifications to the energy code requirements for North Carolina (metal building assemblies) and Oregon (economizers). All COMcheck projects evaluating envelope compliance, regardless of the energy code, are now required to specify ‘Building Envelope Area Type(s)’ in the Project screen and assign each envelope assembly to the applicable building area type. ASHRAE 90.1-2004 is no longer supported by COMcheck.
Support for the 2015 IECC will be coming in late September 2015.
