New Notice From Energy Star

Dear ENERGY STAR Partner,

 Thank you for your partnership with ENERGY STAR for New Homes.  Over the past year, we have been sending regular notifications on policy updates as well as monthly notifications on the bi-weekly webinars that we offer.  However, we have been notified by some partners that they are not receiving program emails. It is very important that partners receive these emails to ensure that they are up-to-date on the most recent information from ENERGY STAR.  If you have not been receiving emails from us, we recommend that you take the following actions to ensure that they are not being identified as spam mail or ending up in your junk mail folder.

•  Add energystarhomes@energystar.gov to your contact list or email address book.
• Add energystarhomes@energystar.gov to your email service’s whitelist (i.e., safe list) or set up rules within your email service to mark energystar.gov as a safe sender.
• Check your junk mail folder for any recent emails fromenergystarhomes@energystar.gov.  Mark the email as “not junk” or “not spam.”
• Make sure that the appropriate individuals are listed as primary or secondary contacts for your program in MESA.
