Gord Cooke: A trainer, author and industry consultant, Gord has been an effective and passionate educator and advocate for better building practices, improved indoor air quality and energy efficiency during the past two decades across North America. Gord brings to his training his technical and mechanical background, the logic and integrity of a professional engineer, and the passion of one committed to helping the residential construction industry build and sell better homes. Based on his home buyer market research, Gord has pioneered a training program designed to assist builders in marketing and selling their high performing, energy efficient homes by communicating their value to their customers.

Brent Ursenbach: Salt Lake County Energy/Mechanical Code Specialist, ICC Combination Inspector and a LEED Accredited Professional.  He retired from HVAC contracting in 2005, after 33 years working in the field, now working as a code official for the past 13 years. He currently serves on the ICC PMG Code Action Committee, ICC Mechanical Code Development Committee, ACCA Educational Institute-Standards Task Team and the Utah Chapter ICC Code Development Committee.  He is Past President on the RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) Board of Directors and is the Chairman, Utah UBCC Mechanical Advisory Committee. Brent has presented numerous seminars and classes on energy, mechanical and fuel gas code, as well as HVAC design principles.
