Come and learn about building best practices and how they compare to building code requirements. In this class, the Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart® New Homes Program staff will discuss residential lighting technology, framing, insulation, HVAC equipment, diagnostic testing, and overall home efficiency, along with the incentives available from utilities for building new homes.
