The Utah Valley Home Builders Association continues its longstanding commitment to education and workforce development through the construction of Cougar House #14, the latest home in a remarkable charitable tradition that directly supports students pursuing degrees in Construction Management at Brigham Young University.

Through this endowed scholarship program, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and community partners generously donate their time, labor, materials, and expertise to construct a fully custom home. Proceeds from the sale of each Cougar House provide scholarships for construction management students, helping shape the next generation of industry leaders.

Since the Cougar House project began, this incredible initiative has contributed more than $3 million in scholarship funding, creating meaningful educational opportunities for students while showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of Utah Valley’s building community. Cougar House #14 marks the 14th home built as part of this impactful program, continuing a legacy of giving back through construction excellence.

Built by some of Utah Valley’s most talented vendors and contractors, Cougar House #14 is a stunning fully custom residence professionally designed from the ground up to deliver an elevated living experience with exceptional attention to detail.
