Job Title: Residential Home Energy Rater Apprentice
Under the general direction and supervision of the HERS Coordinator, the Residential Home Energy Rater Apprentice is responsible for implementing the certain objective and duties as well as others as assigned. Example of duties include: Assisting in Home Energy Performance Measurements, and assisting in the education and training of the Residential Building Contractors.
This position is considered an Apprentice position, and after the initial 45 day employment period, the apprentice may be offered the opportunity to train, test, and certify as a nationally recognized HERS Rater.
